If you want to draw anything that doesn’t exist… Just get this book. Trust me.
If anything you draw or paint has color in it… You should’ve already bought this book.
If you are in any kind of creative block, this book is for you.
I put off learning perspective because I thought it would be hard and boring… Turns out it’s not that bad! This book is actually fun.
ugggggh it’s just the best.
This book talks about lighting, color, atmosphere, and weird visual effects I haven’t seen anyone else talk about. I absolutely love this book. Digital artist, traditional painter, or just person who wants to learn about vision: Get this book.

Dark and smooth like a nice black cup of coffee in the morning. My go-to pencil.
The whirring of this thing means I’ve stopped procrastinating and I’m actually drawing. My favorite part is dumping out the shavings.
You can literally draw with these… As in, draw. With an eraser… I mean c’mon. That’s awesome.
Ever wanted to make details so small you can only really see them with a pair of binoculars? Well… You can stab yourself with this lead and hardly even feel it. It’s THAT thin.
Did you know they made Kneaded Erasers in colors? You can now feel more joyful as you erase your horrible drawing for the 6th time in a row.
Some people will tell you that all ballpoint pens are the same. Those people are idiots. I like these. They have a gooey grip and come in lots of colors that will make you look awesome as you write your next novel. The ink has a nice ballpoint-globbiness that is just such a rarity to find these days.

The Sketchbook Trifecta
I think this might be the most popular sketchbook of all time. I don’t know how they get their paper so smooth. Other sketchbooks just ain’t it.
This one is a PLAIN notebook. It has thinner paper. I like it for quick, messy sketches.
I end up using this pocket version A LOT. It’s easy enough to hide from the general public, so If you hold it just right, they’ll think you’re just on your phone.
Mix These Two Together.
You’ll be SO cool.
This thing is TINY. Its a MINI Moleskine. I use these to jot down only the best ideas and they are some of my favorite journals to look back on.
It’s a NARWHAL MINI pen… a MINI PEN THAT IS NARWHAL BRAND…
I clip this onto the MINI Moleskine and carry it around with me everywhere.
